I thought that i understood

I thought that i understood,

but i don’t.

I only saw the new life with sparks on it

without mention the tunnel final light,

the grey light.

I though that i understood,

but i don’t. 

Because we are broken souls,

and broken hearts,

there wasn’t logic.

We are the broken pieces of the puzzle,

we can not be together without hurting ourselves.

I though that i understood,

but i don’t. 

I felt the fire in the heart,

the pain, and the empty space in the room.

and then, i saw myself fighting alone.
